Charity Drive
In keeping with our core mandate of volunteerism, we invite persons to volunteer with us on Tuesday December 28, 2021 as we partner with 7Krave to hand out Christmas packages to residents of Maria Atkins Shelter located on Hanover Street. Interested persons are invited to to submit their names to us via our WhatsApp group. We will announce the time for the charity drive in subsequent press releases.

Hurdles Crew Ja takes this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas. This was a very difficult year as we navigated the COVID-19 pandemic and track and field meets. We thank you all for your generosity as you came out and volunteered with us at the different track meets. You are all truly appreciated and we look forward to working with you all in the upcoming track season.
Training Session
Please be advised that Hurdles Crew Ja will be having a training session on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the National Stadium commencing at 11 am.
The dress code is black straight jeans pants, white t-shirt, comfortable non-branded sneakers and a black cap
Recruitment Drive 2021
We are pleased to inform you that Hurdles Crew Ja is now recruiting volunteers for the 2021 – 2022 Track and Field season. Recruiting will be between the period November 27, 2021, and December 18, 2021. Please be advised all recruits are strongly encouraged to invest in a black straight jeans pants and a white t-shirt.
This year we will provide officials to serve as but not limited to the following:
- Hurdles Officials
- Measurement Judges
- COVID Protocol Compliance Officers
- Start and Track Equipment Managers
Due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic, our introductory meetings will be online. Please join our WhatsApp group to get further details.
ISSA/Grace Kennedy Boys and Girls Championships May 11 – 15, 2021.
Please see below the attached list of officials for the ISSA/Grace Kennedy Boys and Girls Championship 2021. Please note that all COVID-19 containment measures will be strictly enforced throughout the course of this championship. Please note that the names in bold are for those individuals who will be leading the crews. If you have any questions, queries or concerns, please be sure to reach out to them as soon as if possible. Remember to practice social distancing and proper hand hygiene at all times. You are required to always wear a mask and utilize hand sanitizers.
